Description

MoisturLOK® Humectant Syrup, which is composed of rice syrup and grape juice, due to its exceptional sugar composition is capable of binding moisture within the food products matrix, which is mitigating moisture migration. As a result, the water activity is reduced while the moisture content is maintained as high as possible. Therefore, in addition to enhancing sensory attributes (mouthfeel and overall taste) of the product and increasing product yield by reducing cook loss, there would be shelf life extension by more than 20%.

MoisturLOK® Humectant Syrup can be used in different applications such as bakery products, pasta and noodles, processed meat products, bars, gluten-free baked products, frozen products, and vegan challenges.
