DO IT Organic dextrose monohydrate is produced from organic corn kernels. Organic corn kernels are mashed, washed/separated, dried to produce corn starch. Corn starch is then hydrolysed and followed by crystallisation which results dextrose monohydrate, a water-soluble sweetener that contributes flavor and texture to the food products like bakery products, weaning foods, puddings, instant mixes, beverages, ice cream, jams, dried fruit products and much more.
This product is Organic, Kosher, Halal certified and free from GMO, additives or not treated by any irradiation.
