BLACK TORO brings strong dark chocolate colour to your biscuits, muffins, and cakes without sacrificing on taste. Defatted cocoa powder BLACK TORO is free from soapy off flavours. Suitable to reach intense dark colour in healthier formulations with less fat. Adding a small quantity of BLACK TORO will deepen dark cocoa attributes in bakery applications and dark chocolate sauces.
Ideal also for water based applications like dessert sauces (caramel like), and mirror glaze preparations where interaction with cocoa butter fat would disrupt the structure that gives consistency to the product.
