Description

Guar plants (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba L.) are cultivated annuals grown primarily in India and Pakistan. The guar pods (fruits) are harvested and threshed mechanically to separate the seeds from the pods. In our Swiss factory, we process the endosperms by a natural proprietary process.

Naltive guar crem is a unique product developed by Nexira and processed in our state-of-the-art facility in Switzerland.

Naltive guar crem G is a depolymerized premium grade providing high syneresis control and texture enhancement with limited slimy effect. Ideal for cold applications & suitable for frozen products.

Nexira offers a wide range of depolymerized guar gum specialties, with a large span of viscosities at cold temperature.

TECHNOLOGICAL BENEFITS:
•  Excellent cold solubility (minimal difference between hot & cold viscosity)
•  Suitable for cold applications & frozen products
•  At a higher dosage, still provides the right amount of viscosity, maintaining a desirable structure and mouthfeel
